Just 12 Weeks, 91 Workouts, 504 Meals Later…

The “12 Week, 4-Hour Body Isagenix Experiment“…What typically takes at least 6 months to prepare for we achieved within 12 weeks combining training and nutrition concepts from “The 4-Hour Body” book by Timothy Ferriss and the Isagenix System! For example, we enjoyed one true “cheat day” every week right up until the week of the competition, completed 1-2 full cleanse days per week, and our workouts were always kept between 15min – 45min per day! NO severe carb depletion, NO counting calories, NO long workouts or excessive amounts of exercise! But most importantly NO COMPROMISING RESULTS! Of course, during this process we learned things we would modify for even better results but the cornerstones of success are firmly in place. Now it’s time to live the bodyssey to another level as Alissa prepares for her next competition in July and I prepare for the Ontario Provincial Championships in September!
