NO EXCUSES for Fast, Healthy Nutrition On-the-Go

Once again all it takes is simplicity with minimal preparation to support a body in transformation! Delivering a total of 180g of quality protein this is what I packed for my full day in Toronto attending the “Co-Creation Workshop”…2 IsaLean Shakes, 1 IsaLean Bar, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed with an apple, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tuna wraps and raw veggies.

After the workshop I’m looking forward to enjoying one last workout (or second last depending if I train there again tomorrow or at home) at the gym I used to train with my brother at…so many memories 🙂 This will be followed by my post-workout shake and then my weekly pizza cheat meal (pizza is my favourite food) at my brother’s old place just like “old times” (well almost).

Although I know Steve will always be with me, tonight may be the last opportunity I get to stay at his old place before it’s sold. We were blessed with monthly business in Toronto that resulted in us staying with my brother 1-2x/month. His place was like our second home…and when I was visiting Steve alone without Alissa and the kids it was like a mini-vacation! Lol
